Congregational Survey

Welcome to our Congregational Survey, designed to listen to and learn from you. The survey lets you give your sense of our congregation, assess important areas of our mission and ministry, and express your thoughts about the direction of pastoral ministry with the congregation.

Please complete this survey by October 30, 2022, in order to be included in the results.

There are six sections to this survey and a total of 32 questions. You should carefully read each question so that your answers truly reflect your intention. Please note that some questions limit or require a specific number of responses for evaluation purposes. There are optional open-ended questions at the end for additional comments.

Be sure to click on the “Submit” button on the last screen of the online survey for your responses to be recorded.
