Early Childhood

Cultivated, inspired, and rooted from the start. At St. Mark's, children as young as six weeks old learn through play, wonder, and discovery, all while encountering God's Word in the stories, songs, and care that fill their days.

Infants & Toddlers

At St. Mark's, education begins when children walk into our classrooms. The littlest learners in our infant room are in the most rapid phase of growth and learn with every interaction with our staff. Our infant classroom is designed to help our little blessings develop their language through songs, books, and one-on-one interactions multiple times a day. Their sensory needs are met through a variety of manipulatives that are rotated throughout the day. Our little blessings also have the opportunity to develop fine and gross motor skills with our staff as they play on the floor or bounce in an exersaucer.

Memorable moments along the way.

There's plenty for preschoolers to look forward to throughout the year. Special events, field trips, celebrations, and time with the larger St. Mark's community give children a chance to experience school beyond their everyday routines. Highlights include:

  • A trip to the pumpkin patch
  • Children's Christmas services
  • Purina Farms field trip
  • Mother's tea
  • Move-Up ceremony
  • Theme days

Hear From an Early Childhood Parent
We are so grateful to have our child at St. Mark’s. The staff are caring, attentive, and truly treat the children like family. We feel confident knowing our child is safe, happy, and well cared for each day.

Come See a Day at St. Mark's

Choosing an Early Childhood program is personal. A visit gives you the opportunity to meet Principal Megan Deines, step into classrooms, ask your questions, and see whether St. Mark's feels like the right place for your family.
