Who We Are Looking For
We are always looking for dedicated people to join our team. We hire throughout the year for roles in our K-8 school and early childhood program. General qualifications include:
- A deep love for children and a passion for ministry
- A positive, helpful attitude
- Reliability and a willingness to learn
- Experience with children preferred (but not required)
- Ability to provide a nurturing, structured and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Someone who models Christ-like behavior and values in all interactions with children, families and colleagues
